Classes are available for children from 4 years old right through to 16 years old, helping them channel their energies to a productive lifestyle.
Age: 4-7 years old
Lil Lion cubs like to explore, move & roar. Our classes help channel their energy towards a productive avenue with a playful, disciplined manner. Get your Lil Lions all roaring to the same tune at our classes.
Age: 8-10 years old
As our Young Lions grow & their teeth get bigger, they learn how to use their strength at our classes. With fitness & techniques, the children are building on their confidence weekly.
Age: 11-16 years old
Using a combination of fitness, techniques & tactics that are practiced safely in our classes, the older kids focus on progressing their skills. Keeping these kids active & learning great life skills is what our classes are great for.

We teach children from the age of 4 onwards.
A fun warm up with guidance through basic techniques. We ensure your child is given the care they require to help them on their Martial Art journey.
Martial Arts is great for building confidence. The children learn how to channel their energy & understand how to use their skills.
Once your child is committed to becoming a warrior, they will need our Membership, which includes the Gallon FMA uniform & licence. This can be purchased from our Pro Shop.
As your child progresses, they may wish to grade to higher level belts. If granted to grade by the Coach, the cost is £35 to grade. Please be aware, our belts represent skill levels NOT achievement!
We would advise for all students to start off with Boxing Gloves. If you do not have any, we can supply a spare pair for your child’s first session.
As your child progresses, they will work towards drills & sparring. To keep all students safe, we advise all students to be equipped with: Headguard, Boxing Gloves, Shin guards, Foot pads. If your child wishes to compete, we will advise any additional equipment.
